DraftKings holds the exclusive contract
NH selected DraftKings in November 2019 through a competitive bidding process. The contract is exclusive — no other sportsbook is permitted to operate mobile or retail wagering in NH. The contract runs through June 2028 with possible extension to 2030.
Online casino is not legal in NH
Caesars Palace Online Casino operates in PA, NJ, MI, WV, and a handful of other states. None of those rules extend to NH. The state has not authorized any form of online casino — no slots, no online blackjack, no online roulette.
No Caesars Entertainment property in NH
Caesars' competitive advantage often involves co-marketing with physical casino properties. NH has no Caesars-owned casino. The closest Caesars properties are in Atlantic City, NJ.
